A VG, and fine OG and NH range of singles from the 1880-1883 Pfennig Numeral and Eagle & Shield Issue. The gum on the 3pf looks good, but I am not an expert on these issues. It is NH and the perfs show loose fibres at the tips, as an NH stamp should. 2017 Scott cat. $18.25.
