4 fine & VF used singles of the 4c & 5c various colours Various Subjects from the 1954-1959 Commemorative Issues. with cnr, cpr, ps and 84 perfins. These perfins are scarce on commemorative issues, as the majority were made using definitives. PS is Province of Saskatchewan. CNR is Canadian National Railway and CPR is Canadian Pacific Railway. I'm not sure what the 84 stands for, as I have never seen it before. All three, except the 84 are in the normal upright position reading down from left to right.
Unitrade values most used stamps at 20c each for this period. However the full strikes of CDS cancels should be worth a premium, especially for socked-on-the-nose, as the vasy majority of stamps from this time were cancelled with wavy lines. Consequently we estimate the value at $10. The stamps offered here grade 65-80 as follows:
