A VFNH UL field stock block of the 14c multicoloured Queen Elizabeth II from the 1977-1982 Floral & Environment Issue with raised eyebrow variety, scarce LF3/LF4 paper. This variety is very scarce, and only occurs on a limited number of sheets printed. Unitrade does not illustrate it very welll, but it basically consists of a very large deeper grey arc above the eye area, resembling a giant eyebrow. It does NOT involve the actual eyebrow itself. The paper is a scarce type that is low fluorescent on front and back - unusual because nearly all stamps I have examined appear dull from the front.
