A VF used full field stock sheet of 100 of the 17c dark green Parliament Buildings from the 1977-1982 Floral & Environment Issue on the scarcer LF paper, used to pay $17 householder rate, Fort Frances, March 30, 1982. The sender was lilely Eaton's, as lot 438 , which was sent from Fort Frances, was sent in the same manner. This was likely used to mail flyers for a total of $17 postage. The post office has used the back of a pad of stamps, printed by Canadian Bank Note Company to affix the stamps, cancelling them with Fort Frances CDS cancels, on March 30, 1982. An extraordinary multiple, correctly used in period to pay the householder rate on the bulk mailing of flyers to random households in the delivery area - an absolute must have for a serious collector of the postal history of this issue.
