Lot 389 1989 and 1990 Shearwater Air Show Covers, Two VF Examples

Two VF covers from the Shearwater International Air Show. The first is from the September 1989 show, and has a black and white cachet and is franked with an example of the 37c Angus Walters stamp tied by a commemorative Canada Post air show cancel. The second is from the September 1990 show, and has a different black, white and red cachet. This cover has a single 1989 World War II commemorative stamp. Generally, the number of covers produced at these air shows is between 500 and 1,500 covers. I do not have the information about quantities on these, but would note that they are produced at each of the annual air shows. These are not usually pilot signed. Net. Est. $4.
