6 VF used singles of the 2c carmine, carmine rose & lake George Washington from the 1902-1903 Second Bureau Issue including booklet singles & shade variations. The first 2 stamps are booklet singles on horizontal wove paper. All stamps are type 1 except for the lake shade, which is type 2. The others are all variations of carmine, or carmine rose. I can't remember where, but I read somewhere many years ago that specialists of this stamp recognize over 200 shades on this stamp.
