Lot 379 1984 Shearwater Air Show Covers, Two VF Examples

Two VF covers from the Shearwater International Air Show. Both are from the September 1984 show, and have a multicoloured cachet and are franked with examples of the 17c Aircraft issue from 1980, plus the 1959 Silver Dart commemorative and the 10c Weathercock definitive from the 1982-1987 issue, tied by a commemorative Canada Post air show cancel. Generally, the number of covers produced at these air shows is between 500 and 1,500 covers. I do not have the information about quantities on these, but would note that they are produced at each of the annual air shows. These are not usually pilot signed. Net. Est. $5.
