A VFNH single of the 5c green, black & red Gray Jays from the 1968 Wildlife Issue on rough paper, with the normal smooth porous paper.

This issue was printed on a semi-rough uncoated paper that usually appears dead under UV, or dead with a few fluorescent fibers. However, some were printed on a paper that appears very rough on the printed side. Usually under 10x magnification the normal paper looks relatively smooth, if not porous. But this looks very rough and unfinished.
