A very good example of the 1sh pale orange from the 1st Printing From Nov 18, 1874 Queen Victoria, value is 15 1/2mm long, only 3120 printings. perf 12 1/2 line, crown cc wmk. It is regummed over a small thin at left center where a perf is pulled, reducing the grade from VF to VG. A rare stamp which is missing from most collections. 2022 Scott Classic cat. for VF $700.
