A VFNH block of 4 of the 42c multicolored ANIK E2 Satellite from the 1992 Canada In Space Issue with low orbit variety, map cut off at bottom.

The true low orbit variety is listed in unitade as 'Map Of Canada cut off at James Bay.' but in this block the cut isn't that high. It's still very pronounced as normally the US border is visible well above the base of the hologram and here it is not visible at all, because the hologram base cuts off just north of the Canada-US border.

Unitrade doesn't list this exact variety, but we estimate it at $25. The normal lower orbit would be valued at $90 per pair. The block offered here grades 80 as follows:
