A good Regummed single of the 1c rose Queen Victoria from the 1859-1867 First Cents Issue perf. 12. It is difficult to tell if the gum on this is original. The perfs feel sharp to the touch, which indicates at very least that it has been sweated. I am assuming that it is a regum.
