11 F/VFNH UL plates 1-5 blocks of 4 of the 3c, 4c & 5c purple, carmine & violet blue Queen Elizabeth II from the 1962-1963 Cameo Issue.
the 3c blocks (#403) are plates 1-3, with pl 3 being on fluorescent paper, the 4c blocks (#404) are plates 1-5, and the 5c blocks (#405) are plates 1-3. Unitrade lists the 3c tagged as occuring on fluorescent paper, but not the untagged stamp. However, this has never made sense to us, and this block shows that it does indeed exist.
