7 VFNH LL plates 1-4 blocks of 4 of the 1c & 2c brown & green Queen Elizabeth II from the 1962-1963 Cameo Issue.
#401 (1c brown) are plates 1-3, with pl 3 being fluorescent paper & #402 (2c green) are plates 1-4. Unitrade lists the 1c tagged as occuring on fluorescent paper, but not the untagged stamp. However, this has never made sense to us, and this block shows that it does indeed exist.
