26 F/VF OG singles from the 1948 Russian Zone Overprints, on 1946 numeral & Berlin-Brendenburg definitives. Includes shade variations, as well as both ribbed and smooth gum types on the numerals. Ribbed gum for these is complete, while smooth gum includes the 45pf and 75pf. The Scott numbers range from 10N17 to 10N28, and include 10N17 - 10N28. 2017 Scott Cat. $6.8.

The 1946 definitives, which were overprinted to produce these issues, can be found in a wide variety of shades, and the gum can be found both with vertical ribbing and without the ribbing. Scott does not distinguish between these variations, but we have made separate lots of these varieties and have valued them using the basic catalogue prices.
