A VFNH set of booklet singles from the 2008 and 2009 Mental Health Semi-Postals, plus the die cut to shape stamp from the 2009 issue, that was only available from the Quarterly Packs or Annual Collection. This was only the second major Semi-Postal issue after the first semi-postal stamps appeared for the 1976 Olympics between 1974 and 1976.
