A VFNH single of the 50c dark green (green) Vancouver Harbour from the 1938 Pictorial Issue on vertical wove paper with white gum. The grade has been reduced from VF-80 due to a very light stain to the centre perf tip on the right, and a natural paper inclusion in the centre of the design. We have examined the stamp carefully, and this spot is not a stain, but a natural fragmet of wood pulp in the paper.
