A VF unused single of the 17c black Prince Of Wales from the 1860 Cents Issue with perf 12x11.75, small tear at top. Stamp has had gum added at the top to seal a small tear. It should be soaked to remove & freshen. Unusual perf for this value, as most are perf 11.75. Adjustment for tear -10
