Fresh and fine NH examples of the 40c bright red purple and 50c lake brown stamps from the 1932-1948 First Postal Scrip Issue, being late printings. Printed on horizontal wove paper, with clear vertical mesh visible on the gummed side, and with yellowish cream gum. I believe that these stamps are very likely from a printing made in the early 1960's as this type of paper is consistent with that used by the CBN to print the Canadian issues of the early 1960's.
