A VFNH Canada Post sealed pack of inscription blocks from the 1983 Christmas Issue on NF/DF Clark paper. DF type 4A insert card. Unitrade Cat. $26. The pack offered here grades 84, based on the top block in the pack. The insert has large text font. Note that Unitrade erroneously lists this issue as being on Harrison paper. It is not. Rather, it is printed on Clark paper. The gum and very dead reaction under UV is characteristic of Clark paper.
