Two VFNH LR inscription blocks of 10 of the 37c multicolored Dogs from the 1988 Dogs Issue with tertiary constant "Blue Cloud" variety on pos. 42.
The tertiary constant, 'blue cloud' is located on pos. 42 and shows a patch above the head of the dog. Dr. Jim Watt showed me a plate block of 15, proving this as constant. However, it is not on every pane.
