A fresh and very fine example of the $1.00 French gift booklet from the 1942-1949 War Issue, containing one pane each of 4 + 2 labels of the 3c rosy plum, the 4c carmine-red, 2 panes of 4 airmail stamps, and a pane of airmail labels, with the 6c and 7c airmail rate page. This is the darker brown on light orange cover, and has the 14 mm staple. The contents have the following characteristics:

Paper type: Vertical wove paper with strong horizontal ribbing.
