11 fine & VF used singles of the 1c, 2c yellow & green Queen Victoria from the 1870-1897 Small Queen Issue. All with full to partial, dated squared circle cancels, 2nd Ottawa printings. All of the town cancels on these are different. The paper is generally the soft poor quality wove that is somewhat brownish, as well as the thinner, more translucent paper, but NOT the newsprint-like paper. One of the 1c stamps has a diagonal crease.
