Three censored covers to the UK, each franked with a single 3c Mufti Issue stamp to pay the 3c Empire rate in effect at the time. One cover is a mourning cover, as evidenced by the black border. All three are sent between May 1941 aand September 1942. All have been opened by different censors and sealed by them in accordance with the regulations in effect. Est. $25 for the group.
