A small group of nine official Canada Post FDC's from the 1978, 1979 (17c only), 1982 and 1983 (complete except for 64c) issues. Generally bearing either upper left or lower left positions. Unitrade does not price FDC's with plate blocks, but the value tends to be very close to the value of mint plate bocks, which is $28. Generally VF.
