A fine local cover sent from an indeterminate location within the island to Charles Binns in Charlottetown. Binns was the son of the father of Confederation, also named Charles Binns. Binns was a lawyer who practised law in Charlottetown. There is an embossed M monogram on back, indicating that this may have been an invitation of some kind.
