2 VFNH se-tenant block of 4 of the 42c multicoloured Jerry Potts - Jos Montferrand from the 1992 Folklore Issue on both nf/df1 and nf/df2 coated papers papers. The standard paper for this issue appears to be NF/DF1 Coated Papers paper with smooth PVA gum, with NF/DF2 paper being scarcer. It almost looks LF on the back, but not quite.

Unitrade does not list any paper varieties, but the NF/DF2 paper is clearly scarcer. Based on this our estimate of the value is $20. The stamps offered here grade 80 as follows:
