A fine used single of the 10c blue King George V from the 1911 - 1925 Admiral Issue dry printing on horizontal wove paper, perf 12. This is quite a rare stamp to find. The paper is very thin, similar to the thim paper on the 2c and 5c, but horizontal, rather than vertical wove. Because of how thin the paper is, it feels similar to a wet printing, but it is actually dry. Most stamps on this paper were precancelled. I've had 5 or 6 in the past, and they have all realized between $35 and $90 when I have offered them, depending on their soundness, centering and cancel. The centering on this one is reasonably good, and the cancel, while on the heavier side, is a clear strike of an oval R registered cancel.
