A VFNH sealed pack of ul inscription blocks of the 39c-78c multicoloured Canadian Flag - Commercial Dolls from the 1990 Mammal & Architecture - Canada Day Issues all issues from January-June, including the scarce mf 39c block, plain card insert with smaller orange card, only available to standing order customers. The 39c flag block is on the scarcer MF paper. I compared it with a standard common LF paper block from stock. These types of packs were only sent to standing order customers, and were based on specific preferences indicated by them as to block position. Consequently, a very high proportion of these have been opened and destroyed in the ensuing years.
