A FOG single of the 10c on 3d lilac rose Seal Of BC from the 1869 Surcharge Issue with 2018 gratton cert, perf 12.5.

The Gratton cert states that the stamp has repaired and missing perforations, which we respectfully disagree. There are no repairs that I can see under magnification. The perfs are irregular in that many are not fully punched. If you were to carefully remove the perf discs (not that you should), you would find 2-3 short but not pulled perfs. Hence, we give it a perf score of 5/10, which is perfectly normal for a perf 12.5. Crown CC stamp printed by De La Rue for any colony.
