Scott Classic gives very little guidance on how to distinguish the forgeries on pre-1910 Persian issues. However on Youtube there is a useful video of a talk given at the APS by Behruz Nassare (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ojk_xxVqI54) in which he goes over the most obvious forgeries from each of the issues. Based on his observations we have determined that these are most likely genuine, based on the perforation.
