A VG plate proof on India paper of the 1 scarlet and bottle green Queen Victoria from the 1865-1868 Second Bill Issue showing a minor re-entry. The re-entry consists of doubling in the "C"and two "A"'s of "Canada", and in the oval under the "DA" of "Canada". There is some wrinkling at the upper left, which might be pressable, but which left as is reduces the gr5ade of the proof from fine to VG.
