Two fresh and attractive mint examples of the 7.5d dull mauve and aniline crimson Queen Victoria stamp from the 1887-1902 Bicoloured Keyplate Issue, one being the regular issue and the other being overprinted Specimen, and being slightly different shades, from different printings.  The specimen overprint has the head plate printed in a deeper shade of mauve. The specimen overprints are vastly under-valued as only around 400 were printed for distribution to UPU member countries.  Gibbons values two fine mint OG examples at approximately 9 pounds (approximately $18). The stamps offered here grade 65 and 80 as follows:
