A fresh and fine example of the 25¢ booklet from the 1942-1949 War Issue, containing one pane of 6 of the 4c carmine-red, with the 5c and 7c airmail rate page, and type II cover that shows "Postmaster" as one word. This booklet has the pane on an almost oily, translucent, smooth wove paper. This booklet also has the scarcer 14 mm staple instead of the more common 17 mm one.
