The Unitrade catalogue value for a normal VF-75 mint example of this booklet is $67.50. Unitrade does not price cutting guidelines for booklets of any issue except the Wildings or Centennials, and for those they suggest a 300% premium. I have handled several thousand booklets from BK28 to BK45 and I can tell you that cutting guidelines on these booklets are just as scarce as for other issues, so a 300% premium, or in this case $270 for this booklet is not at all out of line.  The booklet offered here grades VF-79 as follows:

Cover freshness: 10/10

Centering of the panes: 50/70 (average of all panes)

Condition of cover edges: 5/5

Freshness of the panes: 5/5

Absence of visible cover flaws or stains: 4/5 (some very light rust near the staple on the front cover)

Condition of interleaving and contents: 5/5
