A fresh and fine example of the 25¢ combination booklet from the 1937-1942 Mufti Issue, containing one pane each of 4 + 2 Labels of the 1c green, 2c brown and 3c carmine and with the type I cover. The paper is a distinct crisp translucent smooth wove paper, not found on the later printings of these stamps.  The contents have the following characteristics:
