Canada #762ai 30c Multicoloured 30c Legislature and Lawn Bowling, 1978 Commonwealth Games Issue, an Official Canada Post FDC of the Se-Tenant Block on the Rare MF Paper

An official Canada Post FDC on a DF envelope, franked with a se-tenant block of 4 of the 30c lawn bowling and Legislature stamp from the 1978 Commonwealth Games issue, printed on the rare MF paper.

This is one of a handful of paper varieties in this period that have been discovered in the last 10 years or so that was not thought could even exist, as nearly all the stamps of this issue are found on DF/DF or DF-DF-fl paper. This is the first time I have come across it on an FDC.

Unitrade for the mint block is $40. There are no FDC prices for paper varieties, so the mint block price is a good proxy.
