Canada #J27 1968 First Centennial Postage Due, a Single Usage on October 16, 1968 Unpaid Window Envelope

A very good window envelope sent on October 16, 1968 from Vancouver to Minnedosa, Manitoba, without any postage. Accordingly it was assessed at 10c, being double the 5c deficiency and a 10c postage due stamp from the first centennial postage due issue was affixed. The stamp is missing a corner and the cover has been folded vertically, which is why I grade it as VG. Still, on cover usages of these issues are not common.
