A group of 3 fine and very fine NH booklet singles of the 3c carmine-red King George VI stamp from the 1942-1949 War Issue.  Although not listed in Unitrade, these stamps exist on a variety of different papers, printed in different shades and with various gum types. Included in this group are:

  1. Lower right single from a pane of 6, on smooth vertical wove paper, with cream gum that has a semi-gloss sheen. 
  2. Lower right single from a pane of 6 printed in paler carmine-red, on ribbed paper, with deep yellow gum that has a satin sheen. 
  3. Centre single from the pane of 3, on smooth wove paper with cream gum, that has a satin sheen.
