A group of 4 well centered and very fine NH booklet panes of 4 + 2 labels of the 3c rose purple King George VI stamp from the 1942-1949 War Issue.  Although not listed in Unitrade, these panes come with the tabs being different widths, and a variety of different papers and gum types, as well as shades can also be found. Included in this group are:

  1. 5 mm wide tab, on smooth vertical wove paper, with the stamps printed in deep claret. The pane has smooth deep cream gum with a semi-gloss sheen.
  2. 6.5 mm tab, with the same paper and gum type as above, but with the stamps being printed in a slightly more brownish shade of claret.
  3. 5 mm wide tab on smooth, vertical wove paper. Smooth cream gum with a satin sheen. The stamps are printed in a shade of rose-purple.
  4. 6 mm wide tab, with the same paper, shade and gum as (3).
