Two VF used coil stamps of the 61c (P) multicolored racoons stamps from the 2003-2010 Floral and Flag Issue, each showing strong colour shifts as follows:
- One single has the magenta shifted 1/2 mm upward.
- One single has the blue colour shifted 1/2 mm upwards.
Both these shifts result in blurring of the racoon's heads. The stamps are printed on TRC paper and is NF.
Unitrade values does not list colour shifts like this, but a reasonable value for both is $5. The stamps offered here grade 75 and 80 as follows:
