Canada #1349i, 1351i 1c Blueberry & 3c Black Crowberry, 1991-1998 Fruit & Flag Definitive Issue, VFNH Examples of Ashton Potter and CBN Printings Showing Significant Misperfs

Sold out

VFNH examples of the 1c blueberry and 3c black crowberry from the 1991-1998 Fruit and Flag Definitive Issue, each showing significant misperfs. The 1c is the CBN Printing on Coated Papers Paper, while the 3c is the CBN Printing on Harrison Paper.

The best way to tell singles of the Ashton Potter, CBN and Ashton Potter Canada printings apart is to look at the colour of the berries and also to look for very light ribbing on the printing surface, that is visible when you view the stamps at an angle to the light source. AP printings have the light ribbing, the other two do not. The APC printings have berries that are bluer and lighter than the CBN printing.

Unitrade does not list misperfs, but these should be worth at least $10 for VFNH. The stamps offered here grade 80 as follows:
