A very well centered and very fine NH complete booklet of 5 of the 95c Fresh Waters issue of 2000. The cover is printed on low fluorescent JAC paper, with a coating on the stamp side, which gives a the same low fluorescent bluish reaction under ultraviolet light.This is a scarce unlisted variation of the standard paper on which this issue is usually found. I believe that it may be a case of the non-fluorescent coating normally found on the stamp side being omitted. The booklet has the open flap at the top, and the UPC barcode ending in 01645. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH booklet at $13. The booklet offered here grades 84 as follows:
