A very well centered and very fine mint OG example of the major misplaced entry in the golden yellow shade (yellow olive, deep yellow olive, greenish yellow, olive yellow and pale olive yellow shades are shown to the right for comparison only). The scans on the extreme right show the misplaced entry, which consisted of the upper frameline repeated and superimposed across middle of the stamp. If you look closely at the scans you can see frameline extending across "S" of "Seven" and the "S" of "Cents", as well as across the entire veil. In addition, some distinct doubling of the left "7" is clearly visible. On white vertical wove paper measuring 0.0045" thick. A very rare stamp as only 1,515,000 of the basic stamp were issued. The misplaced entry occurs in 3 positions of the sheet, so the maximum number that could ever have existed was 45,450. Unitrade lists this variety but does not attempt to price it. The stamp offered here grades 82 as follows:

Centering/margins: 54/70

Paper freshness: 5/5

Colour: 5/5

Impression: 5/5

Absence of visible paper flaws: 5/5
