An extremely fine example of the 5c Yukon Fireweed and 5c Northwest Territories Mountain Avens stamps from the 1964-1966 Provincial Emblems Issue Combination First Day Cover. Black and white Art Craft cachet depicting the Canadian flag surrounded by provincial coats of arms. The envelope is on dull fluorescent stock, with a sparse concentration of low fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. The stamps are printed on paper giving a dull fluorescent greyish reaction under ultraviolet light, with a sparse concentration of low fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. The stamps are tied by a crisp strike of an Ottawa wavy line first day cancel. The cover offered here grades XF-91 as follows:
