Canada #351 (SG#477) 10c Purple Brown Inuk & Kayak, 1955-67 Wilding Issue 3 Different Shades & Papers VF-75 NH
Three very fine NH singles of the 10c violet brown Inuk and kayak stamp from the 1954 Wilding Issue. Printed in two different shades on three different horizontal wove papers as follows:
- Deep purple brown on paper showing ribbing on both sides and giving a greyish white reaction under ultraviolet (UV) light. Streaky, shiny cream gum.
- Purple brown on paper showing clear ribbing on both sides and giving a greyish reaction under UV. Smooth shiny cream gum.
- Purple brown on paper showing light ribbing only on the back and giving a greyish white reaction under UV, with a very, very sparse concentration of HF fibres. Smooth, shiny cream gum.
Unitrade values VF-75 NH singles at $1.65. The stamps offered here grade 75 as follows:
