Canada #345, 348 (SG#469, 471) 2c & 5c 1954 Wilding Issue Coil Pairs DF Gr. Ribbed Paper F-70 NH
Two fine NH pairs of the 2c green and 5c deep ultramarine Queen Elizabeth II coil stamps from the 1954 Wilding Issue. Printed on ribbed vertically wove paper showing clear ribbing on the gum and giving a dull fluorescent greyish reaction under ultraviolet light. The spacing between stamp impressions is 4 mm. Smooth and shiny yellowish cream coloured gum. Unitrade values VF-75 NH pairs at $7.50. The pairs offered here grade 70 as follows:
