A fine NH example of the 5c ultramarine Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in a plate 17 upper left (UL) block of 4. Printed on vertical wove paper showing no visible ribbing and giving a dull fluorescent greyish white reaction under ultraviolet light. Streaky, satin cream gum. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $6. The block offered here grades 70 as follows:

Absence of visible paper flaws: 5/5
Perforations: 5/10
