A well centered and very fine NH example of the 4c pale dull violet Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in a plate 18 lower right (LR) block of 4. Printed on cream vertical wove paper showing light vertical ribbing and giving a dull fluorescent light violet reaction under ultraviolet light. Smooth, shiny cream gum. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $6. The block offered here grades 80 as follows:
