A well centered and very fine mint LH single of the 10c olive green Sir Georges Etienne Cartier stamp from the 1930-1935 Arch Issue. Vertical wove paper with no visible mesh and deep cream gum with a satin sheen. These characteristics suggest that it comes from a printing made between 1933 and 1934. Unitrade values a VF-75 OG single at $20.
