A well centered and very fine NH single of the 10c deep olive Sir Georges Etienne Cartier stamp from the 1930-1935 Arch Issue. Verticalwove paper with no visible mesh and deep cream gum with a semi-gloss sheen. These characteristics suggest that it comes from a printing made between 1933 and 1934.
